Go to [Extras]. Keep hitting the [Right] arrow button until it lights up the shadow of the Zombie on the right side of the screen. Press [Enter] for an interview with Chris Romero (George's wife) on how they met and fell in love. Go to [Audio]. Keep hitting the [Right] arrow button until it lights up the shadow of the Zombie on the right side of the screen. Press [Enter] for an interview of Tom Savini explaining how he scared his girlfriend.
Practical Joke
On disc one, from the [Main Menu] go to [Audio Setup], then at that menu arrow [Up] or [Left], and the zombie silhouette will highlight. This will take you to an interview with makeup effects artist Tom Savini, talking about a funny practical joke he pulled once.
Helicopter Zombie
On disc two, go to [Extras], then choose [Commentaries]. From that menu arrow [Left] to highlight the zombie and this takes you to an interview with effects artist Greg Nicotero discussing how Savini created the infamous "Helicopter Zombie".
Buddha Loves Dawn of the Dead
On disc four, arrow [Left] and press [Enter] to see a video in which a buddhist discusses his love for Dawn of the Dead.
