Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right at the title screen. A soft sound will confirm correct code entry.
Press Down past the normal list of teams on the team selection screen to access the fraternity teams.

Make Opponents Fall
Press Left(4), A, Right at the "Tonight's Matchup" screen. Push one opponent to cause them both to fall.
